How payment works

When you place an order you are taken to our secure card processor to enter your card details. Once the payment is approved you are returned to Coollectos and your order confirmation is emailed to you straight away.

When you are charged

Payment is taken in full at the time you place the order, not when the parcel ships. If we cancel an order - because an item turns out to be unavailable, for example - the full amount is refunded to the same card.

Currency and sales tax

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Shipping is a flat $9.99 and is added at checkout. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required by law.

Security

Payments are processed over an encrypted connection by a PCI-compliant payment processor. Coollectos never sees or stores your full card number. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the last four digits for your order record.

Payment declined?

The most common cause is a billing address that does not match the one your bank holds for the card. Check that first, then the card number, expiry and security code.

High-value collectible orders occasionally trigger a bank's fraud check. If that happens, approving the transaction with your bank and trying again usually resolves it.
