These terms govern your use of coollectos.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and availability
We sell collectible trading card product and related items. Much of our stock is single-quantity - once an item sells, it is gone. Listings are an invitation to buy, not a binding offer. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable, mispriced, or if we cannot verify the order.
Pricing
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude shipping, which is added at checkout. Collectible prices move with the market and may change at any time before an order is placed. Sales tax is applied where required by law.
Condition and authenticity
We describe every item as accurately as we can:
- Sealed product is exactly that - factory sealed and unopened. We do not weigh, search or resell opened product as sealed.
- Graded cards carry the grade assigned by the grading company shown in the listing. The grade is that company's opinion, not ours, and we do not guarantee it against regrade.
- Photographs show the item's general appearance. Minor shelf wear on outer packaging is normal for older sealed product and is not a defect.
We do not knowingly sell counterfeit or resealed product. If you believe an item is not authentic, contact us and we will investigate and refund in full where the claim is upheld.
Pull rates and outcomes
Sealed product and mystery items contain randomised contents. We do not influence, guarantee or predict what is inside, and the value of what you pull is not a basis for a return.
Orders and payment
Payment is taken at checkout. We may cancel an order where payment fails verification or where we reasonably suspect fraud or reseller abuse.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is a flat $9.99 within the United States. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days and we cover the return shipping. Our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy form part of these terms.
Age
You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Intellectual property
Pokémon, Beyblade and all other brands, logos and card artwork are the property of their respective owners. Coollectos is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including any change in an item's market value after purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here at the time you place your order.
