Refund policy

Free returns within 30 days

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, and we pay the return shipping. Contact us at lilweed4206917@gmail.com with your order number and we will email you a prepaid return label. Please do not send an item back before contacting us - without a label we cannot track it, and unannounced returns may be refused.

What can be returned

Items must be returned in the same condition you received them:

• Sealed product (Elite Trainer Boxes, booster boxes, tins, bundles) must still be factory sealed and unopened.
• Graded slabs must be returned with the case intact and uncracked.
• Beyblades and accessories must be unopened and in original packaging.

What cannot be returned

• Any sealed product whose seal or shrink wrap has been opened, cut or removed.
• Cracked, opened or resubmitted graded slabs.
• Mystery bags, chests and pouches - contents are randomised and cannot be returned once opened.
• Items damaged after delivery through handling, storage or display.

We understand that opening a sealed box is the point of buying one. That is exactly why we cannot accept it back - once opened, the item is no longer the product that was sold.

How to return an item

1. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
2. We send you a prepaid return label - at no cost to you.
3. Repack the item as carefully as it arrived and attach the label.
4. Drop it off with the carrier named on the label.

Because the label is ours, the parcel is tracked and covered while it travels back to us.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund including the original shipping charge.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. How quickly the funds appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

The refund covers the price of the item. The original $9.99 shipping charge is refunded when the return is our error - a wrong, damaged or mis-described item.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they ship. Once a parcel is dispatched, the return process above applies.
